- Their reasoning is for compatibility reasons. The customers have actually requested it. At first, they left Vista running for their new systems, but customers complained that their computers were running slower than their old systems and had 4 times the resources.

- Also - one thing that is being overlooked. Customers can longer purchase Windows XP Pro (except the places retailers have yet to take it off their shelves) and a Windows Vista Key works for Windows XP Pro.

- On the topic of Spotlight: It's an infant for Apple. I will say this though. If you're using Apple Mail, click "Attach," search for your document in the top right of the Finder window, click on it, and it's attached. The same this works for any webmail system that "Browses" for the file.

- I'm a conservative, and personally I don't think it's such a bad thing what the Dems are doing. Honestly, it makes sense to me. The only thing that bothers me is that there may be some misuse of the funds they're dedicating - only because it's so much.
